These terms govern the use of the Receivo service published by Data Hope.

Purpose

Receivo provides a SaaS tool to receive, manage and analyse leads.

Access

Access requires creating an account. The customer is responsible for keeping its credentials and API keys confidential.

Pricing and payment

Current prices are shown on https://receivo.io, excluding taxes. Any order implies acceptance of these terms.

Responsibilities

The customer is solely responsible for the data it collects and processes through the service and for its legal compliance. Data Hope acts as a processor for that data.

Termination

Either party may terminate under the conditions set out in the contract.
